The SPW-GYM-002 is a matched two-piece training set — cross-strap sports bra and scrunch-back high-waist legging — cut from a 280 GSM recycled polyester-spandex knit. High compression supports working muscle, while contour-shading seams visually sculpt quads, glutes and core.

Both pieces are squat-proof, sweat-wicking and engineered to hold shape under load through a full training block. The legging’s wide waistband hides an interior pocket; the bra ships with removable pads and a stabilised band for medium support.
